Users agree to pay for services as agreed upon with service providers. Ask Nigel may process payments on behalf of service providers. All payments are subject to Ask Nigel’s payment policies.
Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of Ask Nigel. Prohibited activities include fraud harassment, or any unlawful behaviour
Ask Nigel reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion. Users can terminate their accounts at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
