Before Service Provider Confirmation: You can cancel a booking at any time before the service provider confirms without incurring any charges.
After Service Provider Confirmation:
More than [X Hours] Before the Scheduled Service Time: No cancellation fees apply.
Less than [X Hours] Before the Scheduled Service Time: A cancellation fee of [Percentage or Amount] may be charged.
b. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to be available at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, you may be charged the full service fee or a no-show fee, depending on the terms of the specific service provider.

Service providers are expected to honor confirmed bookings. Frequent cancellations may result in:
A penalty fee.
Temporary suspension of your account.
Permanent removal from the platform in severe cases.
b. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up or provide the agreed-upon service without valid notice, this may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
If a user cancels within the allowed timeframe or if the service provider fails to deliver the agreed service, a refund may be issued.
Refunds may take [Number of Days] business days to process, depending on your payment method.
If there is a disagreement regarding a cancellation or no-show fee, users and service providers can file a dispute within [X Days] of the scheduled service time. Our support team will investigate and mediate the issue.
